What you’ll be doing:

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, including business development, service quality reviews, client visits and marketing campaigns. 
• Monitoring our social media channels, engaging with potential candidates and promoting the profile of Kare Plus Crawley as a local employer of choice for Nurses, HCAs, Support Workers and other roles within healthcare.
• Sourcing top talent through job postings, CV database searches, candidate referrals and events. 
• Screening candidates to company standards, ensuring all compliance requirements are met before the candidate starts work. 
• Building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring we are able to offer them the work they are looking for by matching them to available opportunities and marketing their availability to clients. 
• Fulfil client booking requests, including taking part in the business on-call on a rostered basis.

Who we’re looking for:

You can demonstrate experience in a relevant industry such as social care, healthcare, nursing, or education. 

Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided (similar roles could include Recruiter, Resourcer, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing Specialist, Recruitment Assistant, Staffing Consultant, Resourcing Administrator). 

You’re tenacious, passionate and results-oriented.  As this is a new business you will need to be comfortable with business development activities. 

You’re a confident and positive communicator and adapt your communication style to the situation, whether it’s engaging with candidates on social media or meeting clients to understand how we can continually improve the services we offer to them. 

You’re customer-oriented and strive to create a positive customer and candidate experience, each and every time.  You’re passionate about delivering the highest possible standard of care and first class customer service. 

You take pride in your work, you’re organised with strong attention to detail.  You don’t cut corners.  You understand the importance of compliance, safeguarding and health and safety.
