With 60+ branches in the UK, we specialise in supplying nurses, healthcare assistants and ancillary staff to private and public healthcare establishments such as hospitals, nursing homes and medical centres. The support our staff provide is essential to maintaining the safety and quality of patient care.
Kare Plus Crawley is based in spacious offices conveniently located next to Reigate train station, providing local staffing solutions to our customers based in Reigate, Redhill, Oxted, Horley, Crawley, East Grinstead and Haywards Heath.
Who we’re looking for:
You can demonstrate experience in a relevant industry such as social care, healthcare, nursing, or education.
Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided (similar roles could include Recruiter, Resourcer, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing Specialist, Recruitment Assistant, Staffing Consultant, Resourcing Administrator).
You’re tenacious, passionate and results-oriented. As this is a new business you will need to be comfortable with business development activities.
You’re a confident and positive communicator and adapt your communication style to the situation, whether it’s engaging with candidates on social media or meeting clients to understand how we can continually improve the services we offer to them.
You’re customer-oriented and strive to create a positive customer and candidate experience, each and every time. You’re passionate about delivering the highest possible standard of care and first class customer service.
You take pride in your work, you’re organised with strong attention to detail. You don’t cut corners. You understand the importance of compliance, safeguarding and health and safety.
