You must have:

At least 6 months experience as a Kitchen Assistant in a care setting (within the last 2 years in the UK)

Able to provide 2 clinical references from your current/previous employer and

Enhanced DBS check.

About the job ……

So, as a Kitchen Assistant within Kare Plus everything you do will make a big difference to us and our clients.

What will your role be? It will be varied depending on the client but the main focus will be ensuring all daily and deep cleaning is carried out to the highest standards and schedules are met while ensuring residents’ privacy is maintained. You will also be able to work through a schedule of tasks without supervision and ideally have domestic or housekeeping knowledge. Demonstrating empathy with older people, you will also possess good communication skills and be a flexible team player.
