Job Description:

· Understand and work within the structure and ethos of the Kare Plus group

· To Maintain a flexible and cooperative approach to the customer, their careers, family, Health Services and Social Service Workers.

· To report if you have any concerns regarding the wellbeing of the customer.

· To work in accordance with all Kare Plus procedures.

· To contribute to the efficient running of the service

· Support customers to maintan their relationships and connections within the local community.

About You

Excellent planning and IT skills

Ability to establish and maintain effective and strong working relationships

A natural ability to empathise and the ability to deal sensitively and compassionately with customers and staff needs

Ensure that customers are protected and that dignity is maintained at all times

A full driving license and use of a vehicle

Ability to remain calm, positive and to work under pressure with professionalism, motivation and enthusiasm

Full flexibility to meet the demands of the service

Experience in marketing a service
