Finance and Payroll Administrator 

£18,000 - £24,000 a year - Permanent

We are recruiting for a Finance and Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis to join Kare Plus Wirral& Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for you to join a growing and award winning company. Our company is based on a dual model in which we function as both a nursing agency and a homecare company. You will be responsible for processing payroll reports for approximately 200 staff across weekly and monthly pay cycles with differing terms and conditions and historical variances, This means that the payroll includes preparation of wage reports for PAYE employees, umbrella and LTD staff wages.You will produce precise data and reports on cost and absence as well as raising invoices and processing expenses.

You will be a self-starter with a solid background of payroll processing. The successful candidate will manage, payroll. They will have a wide knowledge of VAT, The candidate will be able to use Sage, and have a strong ability with Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel. We are preferably looking for the candidate to be Qualified to the required standard preferably with a minimum of 3 years practical experience ideally with elements of this experience. The successful candidate will be motivated, have good interpersonal skills and excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of computerised bookkeeping packages (ideally Sage and Excel). The candidate will be organised with excellent communication skills, able to work to tight deadlines as part of the team or on their own initiative and have a desire to work within the accountancy profession for an expanding and progressive practice.
