Responsibilities and Duties of being a Care Assistant at Kare Plus Newark :

• Encouraging residents to have the highest quality of life
• Promoting independence and choice in their life
• Respecting and accepting individual's social, emotional, sexual, religious, cultural and political needs
• Updating plans for their on-going care
• Helping individuals with their daily lives such as assisting with eating and drinking, personal hygiene, recreational activities, home help services, accompanying individuals outside of the home etc.
